Proved weight loss method

There are a lot of weight loss methods, but most of them are useless or very expensive. But there is one cheaper and proved weight loss method.

Stop eat too late!

What that means?
Well, a lot of people eat too late. Their dinner is about 1-2 hours before sleep. It is big mistake because the food you can't be assimilated. So you have to stop eat so late. But that doesn't means spot the dinners at all. You just have to move that eating earlier. For example if you go to sleep at 11 pm, your dinner must be at 7 pm.
But don't move that dinner drastic. Example:
-You eat at 9.00 pm
-Next week eat at 8.30 pm
-Next week at 8.00 pm
-Than at 7.30 pm
-Finally eat at 7.00 pm

Follow that weight loss method and I guarantee slim for 4-5 weeks.

Don't put yourself on Hollywood diets

Well, I've heard a lot of diets used by many Hollywood movie stars and also famous American musicians. In almost every magazine you can find different diets of famous show business stars. Generally, Don't trust them!!!
The aim of this diets is thoroughly PR. They help the Hollywood stars raise their rating. In this way they attract people's attentions on them. More talking about them, more rating, it is simple.

Most of people trust that kind of diets because they see their favourite singer or actor (actress) and say "Wow, she/he looks great, a want be like him/her!!!". But they don't realize that for the looking of the Hollywood star works big staff and for them works nobody. And when in some magazine appears article about their incredible diet, the first thing that people do is start following that diet.

And now I expect everyone to say: OK, but what's wrong with that? Nothing, except the fact that 99% of this diets are bad and useless. I've heard amazing stupidities, absurd regimens and ridiculous stuffs. You will only damage your health by following Hollywood diets. Better go to the first fitness gym and ask the first fitness instructor or visit specialized sites or read fitness magazine. That will help you much more, than some stupid Hollywood diet. It is weak-minded, for example, to eat just an apple per day or milk with bananas. Don't be stupid, the Hollywood diets are for idiots.

What is the best food for fitness maniacs?

Well, everybody needs proteins and carbohydrates. Stopping provide the body with carbohydrates is big mistake that a lot of people permit. Carbohydrates give the body energy without it can't work normal. Proteins are the material for body growth. Getting enough carbohydrates and proteins is obligatory for everyone. The fats are not very desired and they must be no more than 5% of your food, but don't stop them at all.

So, what kind of food is best for fitness maniacs?

Food that contains carbohydrates:
rice - really good basic food
potatoes - also basic food (boiled or baked)
fruits - not very good for weight loss
chocolate - gives a lot of energy (just before and after training)
peas - good for variety

Food that contains proteins:
fish - great food (but not sprat)
chicken - basic food (don't eat the skin)
veal - hard for assimilation but important
eggs - especially the white of egg
curds - without fats and salt

Fats you can get from nuts, olive oil, peanuts etc.

Eat also a lot of vegetables to get vitamins.

The importance of the food

No matter for weight loss or for muscles building, nutrition is the most important element for good results. Good food guarantees good form, nice looking body and stable health.

Remember: Feeding is between 60% and 80% of the fitness depending on the person. There are few exceptions of people who eat everything and look better day after day. They have really fast metabolism and practice a lot. But they also need regular feeding no matter what they eat. Thanks to the food we build and develop our body, but most important we keep it alive. That's why never stop eating for a long time because of causes like more kilos, diets or something like that. Every builder eats at least 4-5 times a day, even those who have to reduce the fats must eat more times than before with some specifications of coursе. Food gives energy and building material, don't deprive your body of that.

A huge part of the illnesses are caused by regularly eating of bad food or missing food. The healthy people eat correctly. They are strong and have good immunity system. That's why you are what you eat.
