L-Carnitine - weight loss supplement

L-Carnitine is one of the most effective weight loss supplements, but don't be naive, it is not magical. You need to know some rules of the L-Carnitine using without you can't.

Take L-Carnitine:
- Only at the morning
- 10-15 minutes before training
- Before breakfast

Without following this 3 rules, L-Carnetine will be useless.
