Or what you have to accept before start your body transforming
1. Quality food. The nutrition is between 60% and 80% of the fitness depending on the person. Without good food it's almost impossible reach wished results. Or as it's said: You are what you eat!
2. Regularly trainings. There is no sense to train a day and then 2 week resting. Train your body often. No one develops an athletic figure with sitting on the chair and eating chips.
3. Will and strong desire. Whatever we talk, if you don't care about yourself, no one will help you. Don't refuse the opportunity to have nice good-looking body because is hard and tough. Who said it's easy!?! It is not easy! No sacrifices, no good body.
