2. Make your own training system.
Nobody knows your body needs better than you. Try with different exercises and find out which are best for you. Traing all you muscles, especially legs, but don't forget to train also back, chest, shoulders etc.
This option is not so recommended if you are beginner because the chance of fail is big. You can waste a lot of time and make nothing.
3. Hide a professional trainer. If you have money to spend, find some good trainer. Hide someone with good experience and good name. You have to trust him so be ware. He could be incompetent or unmotivated.
Finally you have to be serious and permanent.
Increase your jump, it is worth.

Mariusz Pudzianowski - The World Strongest Man
Mariusz Pudzianowski was born in Poland in February 7, 1977. He is the greatest strongman athlete. In his career he has won more than 40 big tournaments including 5 time World Strongest Man main competition.

There is a myth that says the competitors in such competitions like World Strongest Man have to be big, powerful and heavy. Also some people say there is a huge difference between professional bodybuilders and professional strongman. Yes all serious strongman competitors are big and have a lot of power but that doesn't mean all of them are looking like big pigs or gorillas. Some of them are looking better than many bodybuilders.
Mariusz Pudzianowski is one of those guys. He is strong, heavy, but also with very good looking body. So don't believe people who are telling you to choose between mass and relief.
