Breakfast !!!
Most of the people who want to slim are doing that mistake: They don't have breakfast, eat or not something for lunch, but when comes time for dinner, they eat a lot. Then they are wondering why are fat. It's simple, the breakfast is the most important eating of the day. Never ignore the breakfast. Your body needs energy for the day. It is better stop the dinner, but alway have breakfast.
